The road kerbs are used to delimit the pedestrian zones from those carriages, and for
distinguish and outline paved areas.
Their shape and size is contemplated in a series of standard elements with parts seen bush-hammered or flamed and remaining sawn. As well as being real structural elements, stone kerbs garantee resistance and durability over time.

The proposal of LOMBARDA GRANITI is wide in terms of materials and workmanship and our staff will guarantee you professionalism and availability.

In this section there is also space for the little kerbs, also elements that perform the function of containment of paved areas, however they can be used as a real flooring element.

LOMBARDA GRANITI supplies and installs little kerbs in granite, porphyry and Luserna stone of different sizes, guaranteeing you a result that will satisfy your expectations.

LAYING THE KERBS

The laying of the seams does not present specific difficulties except for the care of the levels and alignments of the project. The Kerbs must be laid on a 4/6 cm thick layer of cement mortar, on a solid base and lateral support for 5 cm, at the design level with adherent heads.
A small detachment will be useful in order to avoid the risk of deformation and breakage due to thermal expansion.
